Our professional valuation fees are regulated and standardized by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP), established under the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981 and governed by the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Rules 1986.

All valuation charges strictly follow the official Scale of Professional Fees as formalized by the Board.
