Nur Ibrahim Masi is the Managing Director of TD Aziz Sdn Bhd. He holds an honours degree in Land Administration from North East London Polytechnic (currently known as University of East London), England and obtained his Masters in Business (Finance) from University of Hull, England. He also is a Registered Valuer, Real Estate Agent and Property Manager by profession, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Nur Ibrahim Masi has been practice as property valuer and consultancy field since early 1980s. Throughout his experience for more than 43 years, he has a wide experience in retail and corporate valuation work ranging from typical residential properties to purpose built buildings throughout the country, plantation valuation, compulsory acquisition, litigations, arbitrations and corporate real estate.

Chockalingam P. Mohan is the company's Director of TD Aziz Sdn Bhd. He holds an honours degree in Estate Management from Kingston Polytechnic (currently known as Kingston University London), England, a Registered Valuer, Real Estate Agent and Property Manager by profession, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Chockalingam P. Mohan has more than 39 years in property consultancy which is among others are valuation for various types of properties including plantation valuations, listing valuations (IPO), listed company valuations, Securities Commission valuations, Bursa Malaysia valuations, family property disputes, mortgage valuations, probate valuations, compulsory acquisition, litigations, arbitrations, tender sales and corporate real estate.

JAMSARI MOHAMAD ARIS

Director (Johor Branch)

Jamsari Mohamad Aris is the company's Director of TD Aziz Sdn Bhd. He holds a Degree in Business (Valuation & Land Economy) (Curtin, Australia), a Registered Valuer, Real Estate Agent and Property Manager by profession, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in Private Sector (PEPS).

He started his career in property consultancy field in late 1980s and has 35 years in the valuation for various types of properties including plantation valuations, listing valuations (IPO), listed company valuations, Securities Commission valuations, Bursa Malaysia valuations, mortgage valuations, probate valuations, compulsory acquisition, litigations, arbitrations, corporate real estate and assessor.

He is a Director-in-charge for our Johor Bahru branch.
